CT Sports Network works with a variety of programs throughout Connecticut, and we are always looking to add to our team of vibrant, dynamic, fun, knowledgeable, energetic, passionate, and creative coaching staff.

What are the basic minimums we require at CT Sports Network? Take a look at our basic requirements to ensure we hire competent and reliable staff:

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable at delivering youth sports clinics to a variety of ages & abilities
• Ensure a safe environment for players to practice and play in
• Motivate ALL players to ensure maximum participation during sessions
• Assist with setting up and breaking down coaching equipment
• Ability to create lesson plans for each session
• Effectively communicate with players, parents, and other coaches
• Self-starter, able to work independently with little or no supervision
• Enjoys and has experience working with children
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Coaching experience in your specific sport
